The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the order dated 31.10.2018, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. M.C. No. 4816/2015, which records the petitioner's undertaking to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs each (in the form of a fixed deposit receipt), in the name of his daughters within a period of six months, be expunged. 2.

The present petition is mis-conceived. The undertaking given by the petitioner to a co-ordinate Bench of this Court cannot be modified in these proceedings.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The pending application is disposed of.
