CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 08.05.2018 Counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have regularized their account with the petitioner by making payment of not only the amount outstanding but also the late payment charges. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a Sole Arbitrator has already been appointed for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Counsel for the respondents, however, submits that the respondents have no information about such appointment. Be that as it may, as the Arbitrator is already stated to have been appointed, the interim order dated 31st January, 2018 shall continue for a further period of four weeks and may be extended/modified/varied/vacated by the Arbitrator so appointed, on an application being moved by either party.

I may only hasten to add that this order will not be read as, in any manner accepting the validity of the Arbitrator appointed by the petitioner in the present case. In any case, the Arbitrator shall decide the application, if any, filed by the parties being uninfluenced by any

observation made by this Court in its order dated 31st January, 2018. The petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
