The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "It, is therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly and graciously be pleased to: - a) allow the instant petition under section 482 Cr.P.C thereby quashing/setting aside the Impugned Order dated 12.04.2024 passed by the Court of Ms. Shefali Barnala Tandon, Ld. Additional Sessions Judge05, West District, Tis Hazari, Delhi, arising out of Case being Cr. Rev. No.203/2022 titled as "Ms. Sonia Verma Vs. State", also for quashing/setting-aside of the order dated 14.07.2022 passed by the Court of Shri Aakash Verma, Ld. MM- 08, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, arising out of ID No. 1207/2021 PS. Paschim Vihar titled as "Jagmeet Singh Lal Rajput vs. Vansh Verma" as per law, in the interest of justice;

b) pass any such further order(s) and/or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice."
