Learned counsels for the respondent nos.1, 5 and 6 have handed over a copy of the order passed by the learned Family Court in HAMA 01/2025 entitled "Uma Devi vs. Justice (Retd.) Rajiv Sahai Endlaw & Ors." for which the petitioner has sought transfer. 2.

As per the aforesaid order, the application of the petitioner under Order VII Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been allowed.

As such, learned counsels for the respondent nos.1, 5 and 6 submit that the present petition has become infructuous as nothing surviving therein.
