This Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 23.12.2025 passed by this Court. 2.

The review is premised on the submission that it had been argued that Rule 9 of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972would have no application to the facts of the case and therefore, the impugned penalty order was liable to be set aside. 3.

We are unable to accept the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, inasmuch as it is the own case of the review petitioner that the said ground was not pleaded in the original application or the writ petition. Furthermore, the Impugned Penalty has been levied on the petitioner on account of his conviction under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Accordingly, we find no reason to review our judgment. 5.
