The petitioner has filed the present petitions, inter alia, seeking transfer of Probate Petition No.

50487/2016 captioned 'Subhankar Mohapatra v. State & Ors.' and Probate Petition No. 51/2018 captioned 'Minati Das v. State & Ors.', which are pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Rohini to this Court. 2.

It is contended that a prior Suit (Suit bearing No.CS(OS) 1521/2011) is pending before this Court and two of the issues framed in the said Suit also relate to Wills purported in the aforesaid probate petitions. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the petitions being allowed.

Since some of the issues are common, the petitions are allowed and the Probate Petition no.5 0487/2016 captioned 'Subhankar Mohapatra v. State & Ors.' and Probate Petition No. 51/2018 captioned 'Minati Das v. State & Ors.' are directed to be transferred from the court of learned Additional District Judge, Rohini to this Court. 4.

The said petitions be listed before the concerned Registrar on 03.07.2019.
