The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 29/2021 of PS Patel Nagar for offence under Section 302/201 IPC. 2.

At the outset, learned APP for State discloses that the accused/applicant has concealed number of orders passed on previous bail applications, one of which was by this court. 3.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh disclosing all previous orders whereby the bail/interim bail applications of the accused/applicant were decided by the Court of Sessions and this court. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
