After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise issues raised in this Petition at the stage of challenging the Award under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in case the Arbitral Award is against the Petitioner.

In view of the same, the present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. All the pending Applications also stand disposed of.
