Present application has been filed by the petitioner-applicant for withdrawal of the instant writ petition and to further direct the respondent no.2 to immediately issue a relieving letter to the petitioner. 2.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the respondents have issued a No Objection Certificate dated 02nd January, 2024 in favour of the petitioner with a condition that the relieving letter would be issued only after the withdrawal of the present writ petition pending before this Court. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, present application is allowed. The respondent no.2 is directed to issue a relieving letter to the petitioner forthwith.
