The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in a case involving offence under Section 302 IPC, the broad allegation being that co-accused along with the accused/applicant shot at the victim and the accused/applicant inflicted knife blows. According to prosecution, there are eye witnesses and the incident was captured on CCTV.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application before learned Trial Court after conclusion of the testimony of the eye witnesses.
