This application is filed seeking correction of a typographical error in order dated 16th August 2024 passed by this Court. 2.

The last line of para 1 of the said order notes that "despite the fact that he does not know accused nos. 1 to 7" has been recorded instead of "despite the fact that he does not know accused nos. 1 to 6". 3.

Application is allowed. Order dated 16th August 2024 stands modified to that extent and para 1 of the said order shall read as of "despite the fact that he does not know accused nos. 1 to 6".

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
