The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "In the facts and circumstances mentioned above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased: - (a) Quash the impugned summoning order dated 22.1.2021 in Complaint Case No. 3632/2020 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as well as proceedings arisen out of the said complaint under section 138 NI Act, pending before Mr. Arjun Kirar, Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Central, Tis Hazari, Delhi, titled "ICICI Bank Ltd. Vs. Aman Yadav"; and/or (b) Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE PETITIONER, AS IN DUTY BOUND, SHALL EVER PRAY."
