CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 27.05.2019 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to grant a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and an experience certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to appear for the interview for the post of Manager (Electronics) with Airport Authority of India (AAI).

2.

The petitioner had joined the services of the respondent at the post of Executive (S&T) on 05.03.2015. The petitioner had applied for a NOC and an experience certificate from the respondent on 28.02.2019. However, the same has been denied to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner had taken the online examination for the post of Manager (Electronics) with AAI, prior to the petitioner completing three years of service with the respondent.

3.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties agree that the decision in the case of W.P.(C) 2295/2019 captioned "Kirti Vardhan Singh v. Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL)" is also determinative of the controversy involved in the present petition. 4.

For the reasons stated in the order passed today in W.P.(C) 2295/2019, the present petition is allowed to the extent that the respondent is directed to issue the NOC and an experience certificate to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to appear for the interview for the post of Manager (Electronics) with AAI, to be held shortly. The pending application is disposed of.

5.

Order dasti under signature of Court Master.
