BAIL APPLN. 1089/2019 Petitioner's counsel submits that the role attributed to petitioner is of causing hurt to complainant, which had resulted in simple injury and the injured was discharged from the hospital on the same day. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 3rd February, 2019 and if granted bail, petitioner will not directly or indirectly contact the complainant / first informant of FIR in question. Dr. M.P.Singh, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State, accepts notice. Upon hearing and on perusal of FIR of this case, it is Page | 1
directed that petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. It is made clear that if petitioner is found to be tampering with the evidence, then respondent-State shall be at liberty to get this order revoked.
With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
