4. Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances and more particularly order dated 04.05.2026 passed by Ld. Arbitrator (para no.17 at page no.177), the captioned petition stands allowed and it is ordered that the witness mentioned in captioned petition be summoned alongwith relevant records before Ld. Arbitrator on filing of PF for 17.07.2026 at 4 pm to 5 pm.
