O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to stop and demolish the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 at property bearing No. A-2, Thokar No. 6, Kalindi Kunj Road, Shaheen Bagh, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), on advance notice, submits that the Show The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Cause Notice, with respect to the unauthorized construction in the present case, was issued on 12th December, 2024, followed by another Show Cause Notice dated 27th February, 2025.

He submits that after considering the case, a demolition order has been passed on 24th March, 2025. He submits that there is an unauthorized construction in the property in question in the form of basement, ground floor till third floor, which has been booked by the MCD. He submits that action has already been fixed for 22nd April, 2025. 4.

He submits that the requisite action shall accordingly be taken. 5.

The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for MCD is taken on record, and MCD is held bound by the same. 6.

Accordingly, it is directed that the MCD shall take the requisite action against the unauthorized construction.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF"), constituted by the Supreme Court.

It is further directed that any action taken by the MCD, shall be duly updated on the website of the STF.

9.

In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.

10.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
