This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of the Orders dated 05.07.2019 and 24.03.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, NI Act-06, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CC No. 6332/2019, titled IDFC First Bank Ltd. v. Sheriff Motors & Ors., vide which the petitioners were summoned, and the application filed by the petitioners seeking discharge was dismissed, respectively. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has withdrawn the Criminal Complaint Case No.6332/ 2019.
