Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, as the prayer made in the present writ petition, stands satisfied.

Status Report dated 29th April, 2025 has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), wherein, MCD has categorically stated that it has initiated demolition and sealing action against the property, i.e., WZ-35, Basai Darapur Village, Delhi.

Accordingly, the MCD is bound to take the requisite action against the unauthorised construction existing in the aforesaid property.
