A demand draft of Rs.1,07,91,500/- is furnished to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the decree-holder.

Learned counsel for the judgment-debtors on instructions submits that there is no reason as to why the accrued interest upto 21.05.2025 should not be given to the decree-holder. He then contends that interest, if any, to which the decree-holder is entitled, shall be paid within a period of three weeks from today.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

Let the calculation sheet be furnished to the judgment-debtors by the decree-holder.

In view of aforesaid, the judgment and decree which is sought to be executed, stands satisfied. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
