% 28.08.2020 (Hearing through Video Conferencing) A compliance report dated 27.8.2020 under the signatures of Inspector Suresh Kumar, SHO, Police Station Timarpur has been submitted by the State pursuant to order dated 18.8.2020. Vide order dated 18.8.2020, the interim bail application of the applicant Bail Appln No. 1961/2020 had been declined however in the interest of justice, the State was directed to make an endeavour to get the minor son of the petitioner Karthik Dedha admitted to a government school and the State was also directed to place on record the efforts made by the State qua the admission of the minor son of the petitioner.
