The present Criminal Revision petition under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (BNSS) is filed by the petitioner assailing the Judgment /Order dated 15.01.2025 (Impugned Judgment) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, (South East), Saket Courts, New Delhi (Trial Court) in Crl. Appeal No. 101/2023 titled "Vikas Kumar Vs Manisha Kumari" whereby the learned Trial Court has set aside the interim Order of maintenance passed under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned Trial Court to seek clarification/modification of the Order with respect to the amount of Rs. 15,000/- as fixed in the Impugned Judgment by way of an interim arrangement.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
