By way of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking following prayers:

"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, thereby restraining the Respondents, their officers, agents, and subordinates from summoning, interrogating, or in any manner compelling the Petitioners to participate, provide statements, or produce any documents in the investigation being conducted under Section 202 Cr.P.C. in Complaint Case No. 2002 of 2023;

b) Award the costs of this petition in favour of the Petitioners; and/or." 2.

The learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions, states that the petitioners are not required for investigation in the present case.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned ASC, the present petition stands disposed of.
