Mr. Barun Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for petitioner nos.5, 6, 16 and 17 submits that, as of now, he would press relief no.2 and additionally, he submits that if option no.2 as recorded in the order dated 27.03.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 14546/2025 is made available to him, he would consider accepting the same. 2.
The Court has taken note of the submissions made by Mr. Sinha. It, however, be noted that petitioner nos.5, 6, 16 and 17, who are represented by Mr. Sinha have already approached the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission [NCDRC] and, their substantive petition is pending The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is submitted that the prayer seeking consequential compensation, including financial burden etc. has also been made. 4.
The Court thus grants liberty to Mr. Sinha to agitate all the issues raised in the instant writ petition including reports etc. before the NCDRC. 5.
Additionally, Mr. Sinha shall also be at liberty to claim the parity in view of the order dated 27.03.2026 passed by the Division Bench. The NCDRC shall consider the petitioner's grievance on merits. 6.
Leaving all rights and contentions open, with these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
