% 03.05.2024 CM APPL. 26178/2024 By way of the present application filed on the principles of section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Directorate of Education ('DoE') by way of a representation against the order dated 25.03.2019; with further liberty to approach this court to assail the decision taken by the DoE, if the need so arises.

Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws attention of this court to order dated 16.12.2022 made in W.P.(C). No.4639/2019 and W.P.(C). No. 4651/2019, whereby a similar withdrawal was allowed and liberty was granted.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for.
