This Court had passed an order rejecting the bail application of the present accused/applicant vide a detailed order dated 05.02.2026 passed in Bail Application No. 4466/2025, the order was assailed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 23.04.2026 records that after hearing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Special Leave Petition, and therefore, it was dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

counsel for the applicant is seeking hearing of this bail application before this Court on ground that there has been a material change in the circumstances, she is supposed to approach the learned Trial Court first. 5.

This Court is in agreement with the learned APP for the State. Since the Special Leave Petition was withdrawn, wherein the order of this Court passed on 05.02.2026 had been assailed, the proper course of action for the present applicant will be to first approach the learned Trial Court for seeking regular bail, on the ground of change in circumstances. 6.

In view of above terms, the present bail application stands disposed of.

However, in the circumstances as the present one, upon an application for bail being moved by the applicant herein, the learned Trial Court will ensure that the same is decided expeditiously. 8.
