The present application has been filed jointly by the parties, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.10.2024. The application is supported with the affidavit of the Director/Authorised Representative of the parties.

The learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 18.10.2024.

We have perused the terms of the said Settlement Agreement and find the same is lawful.

The appeal is disposed of directing that a decree be drawn in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

The learned counsel for the appellant has handed over a demand draft in terms of the said Settlement Agreement to Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh, the Authorised Representative of the respondent, who appears in person.

The amount deposited by the appellant pursuant to the Order dated 12.10.2023 of this Court, along with interest accrued thereon, be released to the appellant in its account, details whereof have been mentioned by the parties in the present application. 7.
The application is allowed in the above terms and the appeal is disposed of in the above terms.

The present application has been filed by the appellant praying for refund the entire Court Fee deposited by the appellant for the present appeal.

As the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 18.10.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a Certificate of the Court Fee deposited in the present appeal and hand it over to the counsel for the appellant.
