The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 934/2018 of PS Uttam Nagar for offence under Section 302/307/34 IPC. 2.

As submitted by learned APP, all public witnesses of prosecution stand examined and now only police witnesses remain to step into the box. After some submissions, learned senior counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with the request that the trial court be directed to conclude the entire trial in time bound manner because the accused/applicant is in custody since the year 2018 and does not consider it appropriate to address on merits of the prosecution case.
