The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 48/2025 of PS Narela for offence under Section 21/25 NDPS Act. 2.

Broadly speaking, according to prosecution case on the basis of specific named secret information, a raid was conducted in which 300 grams heroin was recovered from the accused/applicant.

Further, the accused/applicant also fled from custody of the police so another FIR was registered against her. Apart from that, the accused/applicant is involved in another case under NDPS Act and a case under Excise Act. 3.

In the first call, none appeared for the accused/applicant, so the matter was passed over. But even in this second call, none has appeared for the accused/applicant.

Therefore, the bail application and accompanying applications are dismissed.
