The accused/applicant seeks interim bail for a period of three months in case FIR No. 230/2024 of PS Mangolpuri for offence under Section 302/307/147/148/149/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act. 2.

On being pointed out by learned APP that husband of the accused/applicant is not in jail and can take care of the ailing son of the accused/applicant, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this interim bail application.
