The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 627/2024 of PS Bharat Nagar for offence under Section 109(1)/3(5) BNS. 2.
Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he handed over knife to the co-accused, who stabbed the victim, causing him injuries which are dangerous according to opinion of the doctor recorded in the MLC; and after the alleged assault, the accused/applicant fled, taking along the knife used in the stabbing.

After part submissions, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. As requested, the anticipatory bail application and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
