Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 426/2013 of PS Karawal Nagar for offence under Section 384/506/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

On being pointed out that the trial is at the stage of defence evidence and two of the petitioners are Proclaimed Offenders, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
