The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present case is that the complaint dated 17.12.2021 filed by the petitioner under Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens (Amendment) Rules, 2017 for eviction of his elder son (Mr. Akash Pandey) and daughterin-law (Mrs. Preeti Pandey) from the house No. C-477, Gali No. 20, Bhajan Pura, Delhi-110053 be disposed of expeditiously. 4.

It is stated that grave prejudice is being caused to the petitioner as a result of omission on the part of the concerned authority to expeditiously consider and decide the complaint.

The above effectively addresses the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition. As such, no further orders are required to be passed. 7.
