Revisionist has assailed order dated 21.02.2026 of the learned trial court, whereby the protest petition filed by the revisionist was dismissed on the basis of her statement recorded on oath under Section 183 BNSS. 2.

After addressing partly, on instructions, learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to raise same pleas as raised in this petition by filing a criminal complaint case. 3.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
