Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has finalised the terms of sale of the suit property with the consent of the respondents and the buyer, Mr. Ravi Raj is present in Court who is insisting that this suit be withdrawn before execution of the sale deed. 4.

Mr. Ravi Raj present in Court submits that he is ready to buy the suit property and he will make payment of sale consideration within ten days from today.

TEST.CAS. 2/2004 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of the sale not being completed

with Mr. Ravi Raj.

Pending application is disposed of.

Date of 19th December, 2018 is cancelled.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
