% 25.08.2020 This petition has been heard through video conferencing. The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents that the present petition is not maintainable before this Court and the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy in form of a petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, the respondents shall pay the amount of Rs. 1,22,850/-, which has been sanctioned by the letter dated 14.02.2019, to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the other claims before the Central Administrative Tribunal. The petition is disposed of recording the above statement and granting

liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
