The challenge in this writ petition is to an E-Auction Sale Notice dated 04.03.2025 issued by Respondent No.1/Canara Bank. 2.

It is stated that the Auction Notice is already under challenge in I.A. 834/2025 in T.A. No. 666/2024 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT). 3.
