The present appeal has been filed challenging the Order dated 15.04.2026 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as "Family Court") in HMA No. 668/2026, titled as "Akanksha Aggarwal vs. Varun Gupta", whereby the learned Family Court dismissed the Petition under Section 13(B)(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 along with application of waiving off the period of 06 months. 4.

After hearing the arguments at some length, we permit the parties to move their second motion on expiry of the separation period of 18 months i.e. by 10.07.2026.
