The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner for recovery and production of the daughter of the Petitioner who is stated to be missing since 27.03.2025. 2.
The daughter of the Petitioner has been traced and produced in Court today. She is a major aged about 22 years and is studying in M.A. final year.
