At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of his client to approach D.R.T.-1, Delhi, for an early hearing in a miscellaneous application filed by the petitioner for release of the attachment order dated 04.06.2009, issued by the learned RO in OA 34/2005 or to approach the DRAT for appropriate directions to be issued to the DRT for expeditious disposal of the said application.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The present petition is disposed of as not pressed, along with the pending application.
