The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No.52/2020, registered under Section 354A IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act at Police Station Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2020 and he was released on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2020 whereafter he joined the investigation and did not misuse the concession of interim bail granted to him. He further submits that the charge-sheet in the present case stands filed and the petitioner is no longer required for the purpose of investigation. Lastly, it is submitted that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the petitioner has already
furnished the bail/surety bonds before the concerned Trial Court. 3.
Status Report has been filed by the State and learned APP for the State submits that the interim bail granted to the petitioner is going to expire and the petitioner has to surrender today itself. 4.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned APP for the State and have perused the case records. 5.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that charge-sheet in this case already stands filed, the order dated 13.08.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

The application stands disposed of.
