Pursuant to the Order of this court dated 06.02.2024, the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners have also filed an affidavit dated 16.02.2024, stating that after adjusting the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, Rs.1,60,000/- is still remaining due and payable as on 06.02.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that thereafter the maintenance for the month of March and April have also fallen due, and the payment for month of May would also have to be made. 3.

Keeping in view the above submission, the respondent, who is present in person, undertakes that he shall pay a sum of Rs.85,000/- to the petitioners by way of a bank transfer within a period of two weeks and the further sum of Rs.85,000/- within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The respondent is made bound by the above statement. 5.

The respondent shall also pay future monthly payment of maintenance from the month of June, 2024, on or before 10th day of each calendar month.

The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same in case the respondent defaults in his undertaking.
