This is the first bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No.757/2024 dated 21.12.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 309(6)/311/115(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Keshav Puram, Delhi. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move before the learned Trial Court to raise all the grounds as urged in the present petition and also to rely upon the decision in Gagan vs. State (NCT Delhi) 2025:DHC:1402 and Order dated 18.11.2024 in W.P.(Crl.) 3476/2024, titled as Pranav Kuckreja vs. State (NCT of Delhi). 3.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for in accordance with law, is granted.

In view of above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
