% 29.07.2020 CRL.M.A. 10119-10120/2020 (Exemptions) Exemptions allowed, subject to just exceptions. BAIL APPLN. 1951/2020 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks the grant of interim bail in relation to the FIR No.212/2019, under Sections 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, PS Mohan Garden.

Notice thereof is issued to the State.

A bare perusal of the petition indicates vide para 19 to the effect that the second regular bail application filed by the applicant is listed for 14.09.2020 and that the present application has been filed in view of the said regular bail application having not been taken up and also as the interim bail application was dismissed on 20.05.2020 by the learned trial Court. In as much as the learned trial Courts are hearing bail applications, learned counsel for the applicant submits that his second regular bail application in Sessions Case No.931/2019 be directed to be taken up for hearing. In the circumstances, present bail application is disposed of with

direction to the learned trial Court seized of the second regular bail application stated to be listed for 14.09.2020 to take up and dispose of the same by the date 18.08.2020.

Copy of this order be sent to the District & Sessions Judge, Dwarka, South-West.
