In the present case, none has been appearing on behalf of the appellant since the time the matter has been transferred to this Court from the erstwhile Intellectual Property Appellate Board. 2.

In the order dated 21st March, 2024 passed by the predecessor Bench, it has been noted that the appellant has been served through e-mail on 9th October, 2023.

In the order dated 7th August, 2024, it was specifically noted that if the appellant does not appear on the next date of hearing, the matter shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.

None appears on behalf of the appellant today as well. 5.
