The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 276/2014 under Section 363/364-A/34 IPC registered at Police Station New Delhi Railway Station, (NDRS) Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother had expired on 14.07.2020 and the petitioner would like to meet his family. 3.

The Status Report has been placed on record. As per the Status Report, it has been verified that the petitioner's mother had expired on 14.07.2020 and she is survived by two sons and two daughters besides the present petitioner and the last rites have already been performed. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is about 26 years of age and has been in custody since June, 2014. BAIL APPLN.1982/2020

At this stage, learned APP for the State submits that the matter is listed for final arguments on 18.08.2020.
