% 01.05.2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner in brief, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the petitioner to make representation regarding retiral benefits and pension benefits within two weeks and on receipt of the same, respondent no.1 is directed to take decision on the said representation within two weeks thereafter.

The decision shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner within one week of the decision. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
