% 19.11.2019 This is a petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Mr.Nishant Menon, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has no objection for appointment of an arbitrator by this Court. Noting the same, this Court appoints Justice Kailash Gambhir, a Retired Judge of this Court as a sole Arbitrator, who shall hold the proceedings under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre and the rules made thereunder.

The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator after taking a prior appointment on the mobile number, i.e. 9871300033. Let a copy of this order be sent to Justice Kailash Gambhir and Co-ordinator of the DIAC.
