When this Court pointed out that there is a remedy provided under Section 37 of the Advocates Act, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the impugned order has not been passed by the Committee, an appeal might not be maintainable.

Be that as it may, on the suggestion given by this Court, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Bar Council of India to explore the possibility of the remedy, if any, available in the eyes of law.
