% 03.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.11.2018, whereby the extension of the suspension has not been approved. The fact remains that the departmental Enquiry against the petitioner has already been concluded on 22.10.2018 and thereafter, the respondent No.2 filed the representation and the final decision on the said Enquiry is to be taken by the Disciplinary Authority on 11.05.2018. Since the said enquiry has been completed on 22.10.2018 and only the Disciplinary Authority is to take decision on 11.05.2018, therefore, there is no purpose to put the respondent No. 2 under suspension.

I find no illegality in the orders dated 22.11.2018 and 21.12.2018. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
