Learned counsel for National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) submits, on instructions, that the impugned show cause notice dated 21.05.2021 in the present petition stands withdrawn in terms of the undertaking of the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) before the Division Bench of this Court in Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP v. Union of India and Another in W.P.(C) 1065/2021 and connected matters.

The aforesaid matter effectively redresses the grievances of the petitioner in the present petition and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed.
